ParticipantHi Ricechex the costco progam only works with the Mazda in Escondido (Wescott?) and they didn’t have the car I wanted in stock so tried to sell me something I didn’t want. I’m also pretty sure when they say invoice they mean invoice + destination + fees.

ParticipantWas that Lex Luther? I heard he’s going to be the new fund manager of Blackstone.
One of 007’s nemesisessssses (nemisees?) also planned to cause earthquakes I believe (the dude who ejected an unwilling investor from a glass-bottom blimp if I recall correctly). You may want to check in with him! π

ParticipantRegardless of “the big one” happening I believe health care is a good bet. You’ll be treating the injured in addition to keeping baby boomers alive, they’re the ones with all the money so you know health care is growing for sure. I expect huge medical advances in the next 20 years.
Johnson and Johnson is a great co. JNJ
Check out the Down Jones health care index for more companies. The downside of health care is the potential for increased government regulation and/or socialization of health care. I don’t want to get into a Michael Moore type debate about it but any time the government intervenes it usually means a hit to stock prices initially.

ParticipantI was listening to “The Market” on 89.5 KBPS and they said with Bernanke’s new “openness” policy it became evident that no new rate cuts are going to happen and that the last one was close to not happening. Anyone else hear this?
