Whoa! To think I was beginning to believe things were getting boring up in here.

Condogrrl, she’s a mixed-up mutt (my dog that is) of Pinscher, Jack Russel, and Chihuahua. Sounds weird but she’s pretty cool lookin’ and not yappy at all. Her name is Buena (an homage to her Chihuahua-ness).

Rusti, wow, I don’t know what’s going on but it’s weird that we seem to have a lot in common. You said you were 38 when you found your lovely wife, I’m 37 now and still looking… I speak Spanish (but am a white American) and Japanese. I went to Guatemala 3 times and took 3 months of intensive language and dance lessons there (I really took to the language, not the dancing sadly but it’s a great workout). If I had a yard I’d have a golden retriever (or maybe a German shepherd) but alas I’m in a condo and want the dog to have a good range for her size. See what happens when you let me talk about myself? I take over and just go on and on like some sort of narcissistic loud-mouth. You were smart to back out of this thread, I’m not as smart so:

Marion, please take a deep breath. Others posted things that were actually based on their take of what you had posted about yourself. That’s what blogs are for, these people don’t know you and are only giving their input based on what they’ve read. To out-of-thin-air call them bony-fingered whores (LOL) looks like you’ve cracked. What is there to crack about here? It’s just a blog and is only as personal as you let it be.

Gosh, Nost, I have 9 books checked out from the library. Maybe we would make the perfect couple?

Depends on what books you have… Mine are mostly steamy romance novels (just kidding). The latest hot library topic for me is dogs: dog training, dog nutrition, dog psychology… needless to say I'm the proud owner of my first dog and everything one needs for this is right there in the books, right there in the library, for free! This dog is so sharp it's sometimes scary. I think it's only a matter of time before she learns how to fire up the bbq grille. Which brings me to the next hot book topic: bbq cooking!
