Yes it does seem BP owners are very sticky with their high prices. Thanks for the good info. I think what you’re doing is what I should do: rent for a while to get a feel for the neighborhood then buy if/when the price is right.

Can you recommend some nice BP streets to look at?

I like Bay Park too, but like BRINK said the neighborhood can be a bit run down. Pictures like the ones of this house look great but then when I drive over there I get the same feel as driving through a run-down part of Clairemont. I think much of Bay Park is identical to Clairemont, but with an ocean view and high priced RE.

I hear ya. I went to DAC this year in SD and it sucked. No worthy new products, and a bunch of kitsch for hearing their pitch. I didn’t even bother going to the parties. If I wanna see racks I go to the container store. 🙂
