If only it were true. I'd be married to a young, beautiful, fertile idiot and have a house full of idiot children but hey, they'd be pretty.
If I can figure out a way to be gay and not have sex with men, I think I'm going with that.

That's the exact reason I didn't sell the condo I live in. I don't want to start renting and have to ask permission for anything from anyone. I've got a dog, I make holes in the walls, I regularly change the paint or the tile or wiring or whatever. Sometimes I feel dumb for not selling this place at the peak (I've had it since 1998) but I think I'm going to hang onto it for a long, long time. At the price I got it, it will be positive-cash-flowing as a rental when I buy a house and move out.

It would be nice if Rich could join, I’d like to buy him lunch and drinks for all he’s done. He’s Mr. fancy-pants celebrity columnist/kpbs guest speaker now so maybe he won’t have time, who knows?
I would like to propose Leucadia Pizza in Rancho Santa Fe. IMO it has the best darn pizza in SD. However, if you want to go somewhere else I’m game. Been to Oggi’s a few times.
