Hi flu hope you’ve healed well. I’ve been around just killer busy!Forgot to mention that the landlords at this office space I rented bent over backwards. I got 1 free month, free trash and water, moving expenses paid, and early possession (moved in 2 weeks early for free and they paid all utilities for that time). I don’t know what the future holds but if you’re looking to expand your business and can ride out the recession, now might be a good time.
There was a time when commercial leasing agents wouldn’t return my calls or were picky. L-)

ParticipantI’d go with a mixed mutt. I wouldn’t go to a breeder unless I wanted a show dog.
