I sometimes think I should have sold my place at the peak… I bought it for $130k and lesser units than mine went for over $400k at the peak. I don’t think it will ever get to that value again.

A blog is a microcosmic democracy: replying is a vote which moves a topic to the top of the active forum topics list. Not replying is a vote against it. Simply don’t reply and it will go away.
All others need to do is come up with 15 interesting, real estate related articles to push these off the board! That’s the real challenge and the responsibility lies on you, the voter!
