ParticipantF- the schadenfreud. Let the f-ers burn. Payback is a bitch and frankly, you either were stupid, greedy or got swindled. None of which are my problem until the chump’s whining reaches the ears of politicians desiring to pander for reelection.
So burn because by seeking a bail out you either prove stupidity, greed or selfishness and are trying to buck your problem to me.
Burn F-er Burn.
I’m past schadenfreud, I take no joy. Burn, burn, burn. The faster you burn the faster we get back to business and can smack the bs out of the country and quite living the kool-aid dream of equity wealth.
Burn F-er Burn.

ParticipantKaiser was an HMO early when Americans weren’t used to HMOs. Americans were spoiled with go anywhere, never see a bill health insurance provided by their employers. That’s the root of the complaints.
Since then, Kaiser has on occasional given itself a black eye with organ problems etc.
But otherwise, it basically boils down to rationing and much like the recent protest in LA by the Armenian community, boils done to someone isn’t going to get the additional treatment they want to try because it just doesn’t make cost effective sense.

ParticipantOC, circa 1990 to 1998. Housing prices in the tank. Employment, good but weak market. Rents, decreasing. About 1995-1998, homes could be had for less than equivalent rent.
The OC bankruptcy, was not RE related. However, I wouldn’t be surpised to see a repeat. OC went BK, because everybody was trusting the magically investment powers of the treasurer to generate big fat profits to increase their budget. Unfortunately, like the MBSes, they vaporized on risk and much like Real Estate, the hammer fell because of leverage. See Robert Citron in the Wikipedia.
