    Thank you. I will call my realtor to see if I can cancel the deposit check. I can’t believe how fast the market has fallen lately. I saw three closed deals yesterday and today (of comparable houses) that are easily $30k to $40k less than mine.

    Can the seller keeps my $10,000 deposit? If possible I want to get out.

    I just got another quote from XXXXXX Mortgage and it is the same as option 2 but PMI is higher at $181 instead of $169. xxxxxx’s closing cost is $1500

    I still trying to find out what is the closing cost for my option 3. I also asked about if there is penalty for early refinancing.

    I just checked aimloan.com and there is nothing better than option 2 or option 3.
