    great info, thanks. Yeah, my feeling is that it’s gonna be a circus of offers. I’m not in the mood to deal with that in this market.

    i’m trying to be patient as all of you advised, i’m determined to find the right house.

    i didn’t think of that, you are probably right. My agent just told me they owe 727K, there’s a first at WaMu and a second at National (i think, that’s the name). no approval from the bank so they’re months away from a sale anyway…
