$52 for 2 TB hard drive? That’s a very sweet deal! I bought mine for $69 in Target and I thought it’s a good deal!

You don’t have to deem a dynamic, charismatic, funny and motivating speaker a bad thing. If you want to invest on something, you want to be motivated at least.

I found many lands for sale in California City too. And the city’s website does pitch the growth similar as Lancaster and Palmdale.
