Well he tells us in his TV commercials that he outsells the average agent by 50 to 1………so what does that say about the rest of you jokers?
No one would purposely go on TV slamming his peers without proof would he? Ha Ha.

murf2222ParticipantJpinpb…….If you are a true sports car enthusiast (sounds like you are) the Porsche Boxster “S” is a fantastic car. They have the genetic makeup of their more expensive siblings, and going with a used one like you mentioned would be a lot of car for the money.
We were leaning that direction a couple years ago when my wife wanted to get rid of her BMW Z3 “M”, but decided to do a 180 and get a used Cadillac XLR convertible. What a mistake THAT was! It’s no surprise that GM is bankrupt.

murf2222ParticipantHA HA….I’m a little late to this party, but here is MY Jim Sikes real estate story that puts his already questionable character up for debate………..
His 4000 sq ft foreclosed Bonita house that was referenced earlier was listed and sold quickly. We overbid on in by a lot and still didn’t get it (although to this day I think the listing agent just used our overbid as leverage for the end buyer).
The listing price was a meager 499K for this upscale house that ultimately sold for over 600K. The reason?…….The previous owner stole the entire kitchen out of the house before turning it over to the bank.
And I mean THE ENTIRE KITCHEN! Cabinets, granite countertops, appliances and even the lights. It was literally stripped down to the wall studs!
Do I think this realtor, who somehow managed to piss away all the easy money he made during the bubble years is dirty? Yep.
