    If you want to buy a rental I would suggest Lemon Grove. Large lots and “The Best Weather on Earth” or something like that. If they would just change the zoning to make more of those lots splittable.

    I got my flu shot yesterday. Free @ Costco if you have Aetna insurance. I guess in about 2 weeks I will no longer be a vector. Then I’ll have to get the swine one I guess ,don’t know why they didn’t roll them into one shot, timing I guess.

    Sounds to me like he is trying to sell his sisters house for her. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Creative, but a scam non the less, possibly of Nigerian origin.

    My feelings are that though it is an excellent idea, just like wearing a helmet/seatbelt, it should not be mandatory. How else will Darwinian theory rid us of the ignorant. Just kidding, I’m sometimes ignorant but try to play it off as senility.
