Participant
however, that is the article, and that is the headline…someone in the article mentions that the FHA should be fine moving forward because the avg borrowers FICO score is up from 630 to 690 from the bad years of 07-08 to the good year of 09. maybe. seems like even govt money is going to get tighter.
I agree that gov money will get tighter, I think my FHA loan in ’09 might have shot the avg FICO up, if the market tumbles and the gov does nothing then Obama may have a real need to bring the troops home, civil unrest,I think the same decision was faced during the depression with all the veterans in washington demanding their promised pay, someone lost their ability to get elected based on dispersing the crowd with military assets. Last comment, “the market is what it is” this talk of correcting is just projecting your own desire for the market to do what you want it to. But then isn’t that what drives the stock market “projected earnings”.

ParticipantDon’t know that money makes the difference on wether you should use a broker, I think it’s more knowledge. Isn’t that what the broker is supplying. I started out with a broker and ended up without one and now I’m richer(pun).[img_assist|nid=9270|title=Mr. Smiley|desc=|link=node|align=left|width=100|height=100]

ParticipantDoesn’t look portable to me. Kinda like a mobile home isn’t really mobile. I was thinking more along the lines of a wigwam, though I’m sure yurts come in many different styles.
