ParticipantI believe Arnold tried to get money from the Feds for allowing the illegals into CA in the first place,Feds say no way jose. The Feds are in denial and yet I believe they are matching funds for welfare recipients, someone please correct me if I’m wrong. I admire Arnold for attempting to reign in costs, prison guard salaries and pensions, but alas he is fighting a losing battle, only bankruptcy will save us now. Arnold is not perfect, but I as a Democrat do support him.

ParticipantI think San Diego should do the same. I am thinking 128k is too much pay for a lifeguard or fireman.

ParticipantIf I were to talk to the previous “owners” of the house we “purchased” the main thing I would like to do is thank them for not destroying it before they left. While looking for a house we saw many that were vandalized and I’m thankful we ended up with one that was not-good karma if you ask me.

ParticipantNot that difficult to install, nowadays with sharkbite fittings. You do have to plan it out right beforehand. Do you want a watersoftener? Do you have sprinkler system? If it was laid out properly in the first place it is not that hard.
