    I think the shift may just be because the elections are over, and the politicians don’t have to gloss over the facts any more.

    I just look forward to no longer being priced out of the market. I had felt in 2002 that because I didn’t buy a house right then (because I couldn’t afford), I would simply never own a home in California. Now there is light at the end of the tunnel, and I can afford to buy a house once the prices come down to “normal” levels.
