Participant“MY wife and I make over the $150k cutoff so I believe we get zilch”
I’m in the zilch category as well. There will be no stimulating for me. Of course, the ginormous tax bill I just paid will certainly help to stimulate some of you…
And I agree with Navydoc, as someone who lives life on pretty much a cash basis (only debit is car and house) I would have just spent the money since I don’t have any ‘consumer’ debt to pay down. C’est la vie.

Participant“Your thoughts?”
That your hypocrisy has no bounds.
You expect someone to accept YOUR kids but you won’t date someone who has them?
God help the next person that ends up at an alter with you….

ParticipantAccording to redfin, the lot is over 1/2 acre.
I don’t see that by the pictures but maybe there is more ‘usable’ land behind the retaining wall?
If indeed it is over a 1/4 acre lot, that’s why the price is so high. 1/4-1/2 acre in an urban environment, even NH, is worth more than elsewhere.

ParticipantI think that $369k for a 15 year old smallish fixer upper (needs cosmetic upgrades) in Temecula is NO BARGAIN.
If it was $269k then it would be worth talking about.
