    I’ve been in Allied Gardens for 5 years. Prices are almost back down to 2003 levels.

    Smaller older houses but no Mello Roos or HOA’s and lots are almost as big as the mcmansions in CV. Central to most things: 10 minutes from misson bay, 10 minutes from downtown.

    If you’re not using firefox, you should be. IE is 90% of your problem since most ‘drive by downloads’ are caused by activex.
