ParticipantI don’t know if he does NC coastal but he lives in Scripps Ranch and sells a lot of NC inland and represented me when I bought in Mission Valley.

ParticipantOne thing I’ve learned from watching Property Ladder is a little paint and some staging can go a LONG way into making a turd look like a gem. If there are any problems (e.g. electrical, plumbing, mold, rot, etc ad nauseum) you won’t find them until long after the ink is dry on the paperwork.
