ParticipantI’m assuming that you file tax returns? Show them your last 2 years tax returns as documentation of your income. Alternately show them your business records (P&L or Balance Sheet).

I probably misunderstood what you were saying, but as far as I can see, no houses in Montclaire are for sale for about the same or less than was paid in 2001-2.
