ParticipantI believe they are currently building more low-income housing in this area near Los Penasquitos Elementary School. You can see the building from the freeway. Not to say low income housing is always a problem, but it can be.

ParticipantI would offer $1000 cash and see what they say…you may also tell them you still have to move it and tune it. If there is no rush, you have nothing to lose by offering them a low price, they just might take it in these times. I almost bought a Kawai, they are good instruments, Yamahas are better, I wanted the better one since I teach on it and use it daily, for your purposes a Kawai would be fine.
