I appreciate your concern over predatory lending practices and Wall Streets vulture like reactions to it by selling these as "investment" vehicles to the unsuspecting Chinese as MBS securities…Let the chinese deal with it, they should have done their due diligence. As far as foreclosures go, dont worry your little head over it, we'll bail em out and hand you the bill, "Helicopter Ben" also assured me that the bill thats coming to you will be huge, as he has this silly little fear of "inflation", even after we factor out all the meaningful stuff like transportation, housing, energy, its still has him concerned, he's such a "worrier".. so he's going to jack the rates next week, that ought to put more into bankruptcy soon, so we will have to bail em out, well, ….."you", the taxpayer will. that is.

My former landscaper is/was selling real estate, he did pretty good for a few months, but he got in the scam too late, so if he can…anyone can.

Its not an organization filled with highly educated highly qualified, over achievers…No, its a coffee clutch group of shysters and housewives for the most part, these guys couldn't make it selling appliances at Sears on a salary …. Just look at their hero…..Donald Trump !…the goofy "Scumbag extraordinaire" …..Lereah has only percolated to the top of a very stinky pot…he's not a real economist, he's a paid shill/lackey…No surprise there either

Not to discredit some real estate professionals that really are highly educated, highly qualified, over achievers…there are a few of them…key word: FEW

Yes many different people were involved and "enablers" with the demise of housing…but in the final analysis, the greedy home buyers were the real and final culprit…..

Most of the citizens of this country want to be treated as adults, but the truth is, they are mostly undisciplined adolescents masquerading as responsible adults…let em go down the tubes, too bad…..Cognitive dissonance and their addiction to instant gratification was and is their biggest enemy.

I'm looking to buy a home in 4s but after reading through the posts here I feel it might be a suckers deal right now.

With all the articles being published, anecdotal evidence from the water cooler crowd and dominating everyone elses conversations since the new year, it is apparent that you my friend, have a "profound grasp of the obvious"

Not trying to be a smart ass here, ….but have you been living under a rock since 05 ?……Hasn't this "possibility" crossed your mind at least ONCE since then ?
