I have ALWAYS told my children what the REAL score was, as I saw it….it netted me some pretty hard feelings in the past. I think they still kind of resent my thinking in a way. lam certain they think I'm a little weird, but I ALSO see the lights coming on behind their eyes, when one of my speculations comes to pass ……So theyre really not 100% sure if Iam  Clairvoyant or a clown.

I am not being hypocritical, I drive a nice car and the kids seem to like it too….but I tell them, it could be ONLY TEMPORARY, I could go back to a 1972 Vega tomorrow if need be, and I really could. lam enjoying a little indulgence right now, thats all, I don't owe anything so its not a matter of spending the milk money on my little indulgence.

If it ended tomorrow, I enjoyed the ride, Iam glad I got to do what I did. I wont be happy about it ending, but I got to see the other side of work and job reliance. 

lam comfortable now and will hopefully spend the rest of my life being comfortable financially….HOWEVER…..and thats a BIG however…You can never accurately predict 100% of the time whats going to happen, personally, nationally or worldly….So enjoy the ride, and be as prepared as you can, knowing all the while you cannot think of or be prepared for everything. Keep your eyes open.

I gotta check my "American Idol" re-runs this morning…then off to Starbucks for a 7.50 cup of coffee, served by a kid who refers to himself as a professional "Barrista" (whatever the hell that is) and then to Von's for a plastic tube of $9,50 per gallon "purified" water then its off to friends house to bitch about 3.95 per gallon gasoline……..Something is amiss for sure.

As long as the Chinese continue to buy MBS's…Then there are thousands of banks willing to extend credit to credit risky people for a few seconds….Thats how long it takes until the loan/mortgage is grouped into a portfolio and then sold on the market to unsuspecting Chinese/foreign investors……pretty soon theyre going to wise up and dump all of that junk for a serious discount…….For such a cerebral ethnic group as they are touted to be, I am not seeing "smartness" from Asia on this economic front…..Maybe greed is as strong or stronger in the Asian DNA as it is on the occidental….? Hmmmm…..

I have a sneaky feeling that the coming war with China is already being fought right now…only the strategy is economic and the battlefield is on Wall Street. The coming real estate/debt crash thats coming will financially ruin China, ……and not even a shot has been fired….Better than Iraq by far.

Maybe a swell today, off to wax the stick and slide a few….

The real estate industry will promote the "rose gardens and jelly beans" facade for as long as anyone will listen to them, the coming market crash is NOT in their best interests….

Most realtors are the newest owners of the most recent home sales anyway, so they have a SERIOUS interest in hyping this market as long as they can so they can find a "Bigger fool than I" sucker to buy their "investment" property….Its musical chairs, and the music is stopping or has stopped.

Ive personally seen this done by ALL nationality types, genders and ethnic groups..so don't take it personal if your ancestry is Asian.

Its underhanded and EXACTLY why we have 1 lawyer for every two people in this country…..We are a litigious society here in these United States…but we learned it from someone ?…didn't we ?

The "Great Magnet" or "Karma" will eventually spank these scoundrels….so I don't get too upset about it. Its just too bad that I'm not always there to see the deserved retribution. On the other hand…..If a tree falls in the forest and nobody is around to hear it, does it make any noise ?….Hmmmm…..I sure hope so

I did just like Chris Johnston did….I was winning everywhere I traded….it got scary, too scary…I couldn't lose…So I bailed and went into cash positions that seemed safe, until it played out…..with me on the sidelines watching…

My life doesn't work that way…I have never been one who someone else would say that my life was "Charmed"… most of the time the "other shoe drops" and I don't see it coming and get creamed by it…… I am mature enough to admit it now.

For example:… I can PERSONALLY take down an NFL team's ENTIRE season …..All I have to do is "want" them to win. As soon as I take a personal interest in their hoped for successful season, then they are doomed…I scientifically pick em too…Something inane like, "I liked the color of their uniforms" or "I liked a specific player"….and then POOF!!…their season grinds to a halt, riddled with key player injuries, team players being shot by cops and or gang members, players getting arrested for drug deals gone bad….etc..etc…I take personal responsibility for the Raiders collapse a few years ago…I just know it was my "high hopes for them" that took em down….I even bought and wore a Raiders baseball cap…..That was probably what really did em in right there….Sorry Oakland, I didn't know the extent of my powers back then

So back in 99 and winter 00… when I saw my stock picks taking off like meteors…I knew it was too good to last..I just remembered back to what I did to the Miami Dolphins in 97 ….and got scared….I apologize to you Dolphin fans…I am still sorry for doing that

Daytrading was doing too good" for my tastes, I am REALLY glad I got out when I did….So as I get older, in some things, I also get a little wiser !

Obtaining wisdom is not really a fair trade for the body falling apart,…gawd !..theres got to be SOME upside of getting older huh ?…but I do like the "Old Guy 15 minute catnaps" which I can take now though….

Santa Luz is turning into the next "Catastrophe site" ….just a guess, but I'll bet 80% of all of those "Flipper homes" there are all leveraged to the hilt and ARM-ed and dangerous…..
