    Such activity should have a way to get on their credit report. Then, when they go to rent a place, nobody will give them the time of day. In addition, they should be forced to move back into the house and live in it for a year.

    I have no problem with a bailout that is fair to everyone.
    Unfortunately this bailout is anything but.
