ParticipantThe high 800k is really 900k+ at Serenity. Being a Stonebridge resident I’m speechless that people are still buying up the homes out here. Calabria sold out…who the heck bought that last batch, they are packed in like sardines? You could find better value by picking up an existing property. In my hood there could be a house on the market shortly, landscaped, very nice interior upgrades, so-so lot. Owners have lost their job. They are not upside down with their loan.
Good luck on your search.

ParticipantJust my observation…..they have about a dozen homes in various stages. About half are in the cul-de-sac, decent westerly views and the other half are down the street south of the models. They cranked it back up about 3-4 months ago. Pretty gutsy in my opinion as the homes are pricey. Good sized homes over 4500sf. That leaves around 2 dozen lots remaining. As with all of Stonebridge, some lots are significantly better than others in regards to view, neighbors, etc.

ParticipantThere is a wide range of pricing out here right now. I just noticed that a house on Fortino Point sold for $890,000.00ish. And if the house on Deprise sold for $860,000.00….go figure. Does anyone know what the remaining Calabria homes sold for? They are stacked in like sardines. You can still score a decent house out here for a good price. I must admit, I trip out on the wide variety of pricing. There is a ton more lookly loo traffic now as well. Cars are driving by checking out the two homes, squatterville, next to me.
