ParticipantRegarding St. Gregory’s school ….the idea of walking your child around the block to school really was a large factor in our purchase. If you are a parishioner the yearly cost is less than a non-parishioner. Check with the school for details. Small class sizes are a plus. From our experience, the quality of education is on par with the Poway schools you would use going the public route. Each to his own.

ParticipantI like the area. We have lived here for one year. We looked at the Serenity homes and were really interested. At that time they were sticking firm with their pricing. If you have the time & energy you could find in my opinion, a good or better deal on an existing home in Stonebridge. One thought that comes to mind…take a hard look at the lot location. Some homes are really packed in pretty tight and/or have no view. For us, we enjoy the extra few minutes it takes to drive in. There tends to be a nice breeze every afternoon to keep it cool. Good luck.
