The park keeps getting pushed out. The last I heard is at the end of 2011 construction will start. No rush. The master plan does not have any commercial building proposed.

LocalguylocalguyParticipantJust FYI, Toll Bros has purchased the Viewpoint area at the end of Stonebridge. Standard Pacific just purchased the lots east and west of Scripps Preserve as well. That sort of wraps it up for vacant lots out here.

LocalguylocalguyParticipantrogueinsd makes an excellent point regarding the view for the Almond Orchard house. The house is move in ready, tasteful upgrades inside, landscaped, and an incredible view where you can see the ocean on a clear day. Also great point about the breeze. We always have this cooling breeze at our house as well. For just over 1 mil you are good to go. And I agree the overflow from the park is minimal. In a previous post I stated 25% of the time on weekends the park is full, I need to dial that way back. There is a house over in Viscaya for sell too, just under 1 mil, turn key, ready to move in. The landscaping cost can be more than you bargain for.
