ParticipantI believe Bugs has always said, ‘3-4% every quarter or so.’ This adds up to the 10-12% a year.
When it only drops 3 points a quarter, it feels excruciatingly slow.

And ditto on Cap One: I had to call in 3 times to cancel a card once – unbelievable how they just kept ignoring my requests, and then tried to charge me fees for renewals! Cap One has got to be the most crooked of all credit card companies.

ParticipantI was in the same situation last year with my FA. I left him and went to Rich. I’m doing really well, and I feel so much ‘safer’ because I know Rich gets it.
I would recommend you call him or email him asap.
