what is fb??? classic.
if you lived in Phoenix, prior to 9/11, then your mortgage was probably manageable. Then you came here, and bought something way beyond your means, hoping it would keep going up. Right?
I’m just so disgusted with all of this. Everyone justifying their actions, when clearly they were taking BIG risks. And I’m disgusted with everyone saying she should walk away. She should actually follow through on her plan, which is to try to sell, and in the event she can’t, get roommates, get a second job, get the daughter to pay rent etc. etc.
Where does this end???? No one has any personal responsibility anymore.
