SDR – Thanks for confirming my findings. We’ll focus our search in there for now. I just wish there was more inventory. There have been a few in there that got snatched up pretty quick over the past few months. I think there’s just one in there for sale now on Corte Penca that’s been listed for awhile. It’s nice but I assume the smaller back yard is a turn off for many (as compared to some of the others) in that price range.

Time to start my search. I might have to start making some unsolicited offers. Off to start researching the homes we might be interested in. I don’t mind paying a premium to get what I want, I just hope not everyone in there is upside down!

On a side note, you seem extremely knowledgeable and I’ve enjoyed a ton of your posts here. If I didn’t already have a realtor I’d give you a call for sure. Originally we were looking in other areas and unfortunately I don’t think my realtor knows this area as well as I’d like. Who knows maybe I’ll contact you and hire you as a “consultant” or something to help out. 🙂
