Thanks a lot. That’s what I was guessing. When we originally relocated here we thought for sure we’d end up somewhere in RSF, most likely in Fairbanks Ranch … but now we’ve pretty much ruled it out because we just don’t want to raise our kids in that “world.” Maybe in 10 years when they ship off to college …

A realtor friend told me there are lots of families, but I’m not too familiar with the area and need to go check it out. Obviously this would be a step up from The Ranch in Carlsbad. Anyone have any insights on Del Mar Mesa?

We were originally looking to buy in RSF and that’s the area our realtor is most familiar with.
