Exactly JWM…first time buyer means a HOUSE (not a condo) for under 200K. Period. It was available here (SD) prior to 2002 and should be available again too unless the world comes to an end (which I am not predicting).

Also, first-time buyer does not need granite counters and a tony address…it should truly be a “starter” home in a modest neighborhood.

Dude, those great schools are being polluted with the non-English speaking children of financial Darwin-award candidates.

PUSD and many others will be greatly diluted in the coming years…wait till “section 8” comes to 4S.

By the way, the construction quality in much of 4S is actually quite poor and will not stand the test of time.

I think we give Chris and other momentum/technical traders too much license to preach to us here…last time I checked the World’s Richest People list didn’t include a single trader. Never will.

Remember this people…everything works and nothing works all at the same time. Also, everything that works does so right up until the time that it doesn’t work anymore. Brilliant-I know;)
