    about the marine st house..i was not refering to live in that piece of junk…I was refering to knocking most of it down and rebuild…last sale across the street was about 3.5 mill.about one or two years ago (peak I know)..

    I was just pointing it out…get it for less than 1.2, then 800 – 1 mil to add on…maybe some value there…maybe……one and one half blocks to a usable beach…….

    This one sold for 1.9 million at the peak…now going for 1.367 mil. Teardown of course, but close to marine st.beach… any ideas????

    2001 pricing??? Everyone seems to be focused on 2001 pricing as an entry point into this market…..Many of us for family reasons cannot keep on renting…(myself included)…

    I have yet to see any nice areas of La Jolla, Mission Hills or carmel valley approach 2001 pricing??? If I am wrong someone please tell me….

    At the Viejas Indian casion there used to be 2 $50 minimum blackjack tables in the day(during the boom years)….Now they are 2 $25 minimum tables…Volume is also down there….Sign of the times///
