In regards to a car, I would print out the pricing from the three main sources:
KBB
Nadaguides
EdmundsBring all three with you (especially if KBB is the highest) and do some negotiating.

ParticipantThere are some nice homes a street over on commonwealth so thats added value and you can walk/ ride bike to south park epicenter – some good restaraunts and shops.
As others have mentioned, if you can expand on that lot then look at it long term for that purpose.

ParticipantThanks – I have read that leafy stuff (lettuce, spinash, kale etc), peas and beans, some herbs (mint amongst others) and some berries can tolerate it.
