    Sorry if my post was confusing – i meant in the listing paperwork I thought you must declare things that dont convey, like UCGal mentioned.

    Didnt originally see those images. How tall are your ceilings? Thats some sweet looking mint green on those walls. Looks like the green on the family truckster [img_assist|nid=14905|title=Family Truckster|desc=|link=node|align=center|width=400|height=300]
