LAAFTERHOURS
ParticipantMy wife and I looked at two homes over there (one in each development) about a year and a half ago.
Advantages – Past the morning traffic that hits during the school year on CV road heading west from 4s. Past the Westview High traffic. Closer to the 5 and beaches.
Disadvantages – To me the homes on both sides of the 56 off that main road that goes over the 56 dont seem worth it. You are far from anything, they feel super packed in (Lot sizes and the rooms) and for the price you can easily get another 1000 sq ft or more in 4s and have everything you need right at your fingertips. I would even choose del sur over it with higher MRs because at least they have a park system and pools.
I would pay maybe mid 400s for those.. All the advantages are heavily outweighed by the disadvantages imo.

ParticipantThis was a weak one yet since we havent had anything so big in the LA/Socal region in a while the news gurus are blowing it up. “People Shakin by quake” shake this – tornadoes are more violent, as are hurricanes.
As for the big one, Im glad I live in San Diego and not LA or SF.
