It really doesn’t matter. All of them are corrupt and it’s all about turning this country into Third World Country where Rich will get richer and richer and majority will be living in poverty. Good bye middle class.
Everyone is just fighting for the biggest piece of pie they can get for themselves and their friends.
The race is on to for those of us in middle class to make top 2%. If you don’t get there, I’d say it’s a very high likely hood that your kids will be living in poverty. And it doesn’t matter if democrats or republicans are in power. They are only different in name only.

I am in an Escrow on a short sale. It took about 1 1/2 month for banks to accept my offer. But supposedly it was relatively short because the house had already started the short sale process 3 month prior with another offer but Buyer had moved on by the time the Banks were ready to review the offer. So when I submitted my offer it was “ahead of line” of sorts.
Still it was pain. Dealing with both banks’ negotiators were not a fun experience.
I am hearing rumors that Short Sales are getting processed faster. Also, I think with Short Sales, you are not competing against too many “Investors” with all cash. I don’t think they want to tie up their funding for months and months on a deal that might not come through. So that takes a little pressure off the multiple offer situations. And many people don’t want to wait long, so that deters a lot of potential competition.
So i think if you are patient and persistent, short sales is where the deals are at.

LA ReaderParticipantMy GF’s got a brand new iMac and that things gives us more trouble than my cheap Dell Laptop. It freezes all the time..
I also noticed that Mac laptops are a lot less durable in “on the road” type situations. I’ve seen so many dented MacBook Pros/cracked LCD’s etc..
Those thin almunm cases are cool looking but not too good at taking hits. The cheap plastic on Dell’s and HPs withstand drops/falls/spills much better. Also they come with fans inside..so I don’t need those laptop stands to keep mine cool either..
But I guess they look cool if you only use it in office type situations.
