There seems to be some good info in the comments.
The site overall appears to have a pro-Nuc slant, but that may be because folks in the biz are hanging out there.

Not to imply the situation isn’t very serious…

Remember the game called “Life”? I would always end up with like 8 kids and have to somehow try to cram them into my little car. I never once ended up in that damn Millionaire Acres…KSMountain
