I’m inclining toward low balling to 800k. No harm if it doesn’t work out.
I like Calabria and don’t find one that’s at 800k. Toll Brothers will ofcouse be lot nicer, but at least a million for a view lot which is too high for me.

ParticipantThe particular lot I was interested is lot #90- it’s a corner lot at cross section of Whispering Ridge & Carowind lane. It’s a very large lot, no views at back.
Any thoughts on right price per sqft or the whole house?
Based on some research, resale houses, especially the short-sell or foreclosure homes are ~15% lower ppsqft. I am in no hurry, so can wait. is there seasonality impacts on home pricing in SD?
