ParticipantAs far as I know there is no income limitation to walk away from your mortgage. The only time income comes into the picture is when you declare bankruptcy since the new BK laws don’t allow Chapter 7 if you’re over the median.

Participantwell I’m getting the 8GB one, I don’t really need one per se, but for $199 I figure why not? The monthly at $70 odd bucks is sort of expensive but I think 3G speed browsing, GPS and other features justify the additional $25 or so over my current vanilla service with Verizon.
