We’ve had a lot of traffic up here from the marketing Lennar has been doing more recently. Radio ads, billboards, etc. I see people constantly looking at the Crestview homes. Many of the nicer cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are of higher quality and standard. The granite countertops and stainless appliances are also included. Overall, the Lennar homes are very nicely built. I did not see the Crestview homes this time but I remember that they were quite nice too, especially the largest model.
Cornerstone is selling their Mission View homes in the 5th phase now and they are also offering the models for sale. Their location is not as attractive as in Skyranch as there is a trailer park across the street.

ParticipantSD Realtor, what do you think about the Serenity homes? There is one on the market for $899k with over $50k in upgrades. Also, there is a Sanctuary home on the market for less than $1 million.
