I appreciate everybody’s feedback…I now have quite a few areas to check out…

I don’t want to actually live in downtown because it’s a pain in the butt…traffic, padres games (not a fan), lack of parking and then having to lug stuff up the elevator. I also don’t want to share walls with people that could potentially be rude with noise.
