thx for the comments. I am debating from oside and temecula. I am looking in terms of long term for the family and giving them the best opportunities. I cant afford the coastal for what we need as a family. I cant stant the student teacher ratio in sd/oc.But im also worried about the short sales/forclosures in temecula and how that will effect the future. Also oside and the gangs and crimes are a real concern

thx for posts. I am conidering a home and yard for the kids. Areas to play and be able to afford dance and sports for them. Schools and safety are a concern as well. We are looking long term with this move. We are both in medical field (fire/nurse)so are schedule works w commute issues. Where we live now is tiny no yard no activites for kids. Raising the family and enjoying having friends instead of snobbs here is also a big deal.

I am very tired of dealing with landlords and them not fixing anything or repaying me for work I did on the house. I want to have my own place and not have to deal with this anymore. Also I dont want to bounce around from diffeerent homes because the landlords sell their home.
