ParticipantI have family in Italy. I spoke w/them recently. They said the economy is not doing so well there. I emailed my friend there and she said the same thing. Despite the Euro being strong compared to the dollar, their economy is not thriving.

ParticipantTemecula makes sense for some people I know. Some of them work in Riverside or actually work in Temecula or work out of the house. They have family in the area there. Then I understand why buying in Temecula is the right decision. Otherwise, if you have to drive to work in San Diego, then with the way the gas prices are heading, I would not do it. The gas, the traffic is not worth the price difference.

ParticipantI would only say that people are still buying in PB but I don’t think PB is immune and eventually the prices will decline there as well. As SDR said it will just take a little longer to hit the coast.
