i have left the RE market ie investor/agent, i now sell used cars on a fairly large lot. I am betting the used car market will explode because of low fico scores and the “Home Sweet Home” atm machines shutting down, for the $60k SUVs………….
Short and sweet, I think AJ has to stroke his ego a little too much. He fired Marty for personal reasons, not job performance. AJ is a great scouter no doubt about it but He needs to think and use his head and not his FEELINGS like some chick. He screwed up. Now after this season his job could be on the line……………
I live in a neighborhood with an ave size house about 3000k sq ft. I know people that purchased these houses 2-3 years ago and they still don’t have formal living and formal dining room furniture!! I guess they over spent….lol
I forgot they don’t have window coverings either, just sheets hanging over the windows…..
