Comparing the USA to the UK: last year the UK housing bubble was predicted to finally burst. With half a year behind it’s still difficult to say what will happen. The situation has grown even more uncertain with the hung parliament. I’d say that the bubble will have to wait till the next year, though not much promise for investors in England anyway.
