ParticipantHow do you think the power towers will affect the home prices in Venzano? 1500ft may be far enough but it is still eyesoaring. If I’m concern, I’m sure the next buyer will be concern as well. How much more will you pay for a similar home without the power tower?

I do not know how much this will affect the resale value. SEH seems to be a great place to live and to raise kids. However, there seems to be too many distressed properties in this area so I’m worried that there will be more downward pressure in price.
