Participant
It looks like the U.S. house price decline is already worse than the great depression:

“The chart, at right, shows that prices could fall further in 2008 than during the worst year of the twentieth century, 1932, when prices fell 10.5 percent. Prices at the end of March this year were 14.1 percent below prices at the end of March last year.”
Neat chart at the link.

Plus no one even talks about interest rates. Let rates get up to 12% like they were 20 years ago and prices will have to be cut in half again.

There are people who can rant with skill.
In many ways Obama’s speaking style is an effective rant much of the time. This is not a skill that you display.
Please try engaging thoughtfully in the future.
Alternatively, you could be entertaining in some way.I agree with several of your points but they are so crappily laid out that it is tough to defend or support.
ugh
Crappily? LOL. I learned a new word! Thx!

ParticipantArraya,
This statement here:
“Basically, Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton have only 2 things in
common: their gender and their good looks. :)”Makes me think it just junk in this letter. For one thing, Hillary is ugly as sin. Take it from there.
