I live just south of St Augustines, and rent a MUCH nicer house on a 6K foot lot backing up to the canyon. We have been here 3 years without a rent increase, for 2 grand/mo. The owner paid 650 for it in 2005.

Prices are going down here, I just have to keep reminding myself how insanely prices have shot up in the last 6 years.
