It only looks back 7 days. So if you didn’t catch in by 2/9… (That’s why I post it on sdlookup… to try and capture some of the data.)Have you tried looking at that address on Redfin? A lot of times they capture the trustee data when sdlookup doesn’t. (You didn’t post the address so I can’t look it up.)[/quote]
Ahhh, I see. No need to look anything up, that was 3219 Trumbull. At least I know that I’m not missing anything by my own search errors.
I’m trying out Realty Trac, but can’t say that it’s adding any additional value for me yet. A little more information, in a much nicer format, but probably not worth the money unless I find more value in it than that…

javatestcaseParticipantThanks UCGal.
Your postings have been very helpful. I had already been checking LPS regularly, and am now checking all three. I don’t think anyone could ask you to do more, I agree that posting with the listings continuing month after month would be a hassle.
Maybe you can help me a little with using LPS though if you would be so kind…
You recently posted this on SDLookup:
UCGal 2/2/2011from fidelityasap.com
Sale Status: Sold 02/02/2011
TS Number: 20100128790
ASAP Number: 3850671
Notice of Sale Amt: $0.00
Opening Bid Amt: $720,000.00
Sold Amt: $720,000.01
However, I don’t see this sale when I search LPS. I have searched by the 92106 area code, by the TS number, and ASAP number. This has happened with several auctions you have posted.
Am I just an being stupid and missing something about looking these up? Or is there something more to it?
javatestcaseParticipantThanks UCGal.

javatestcaseParticipantThank Joe,
I’m checking out Realty Trac right now. Looks like they might have dropped their prices, maybe they got the hint from enough people like you.
BASIC
Monthly – $29 after free trial
6 Months – $139 after free trial Save $35PREMIUM
Monthly – $49 after free trial
6 Months – $199 after free trial Save $95I’ll definitely try the free trial at least. At least it’s the first tool I’ve seen that has details about the short sale that started me down the path of investigating trustee sales…
