I received a 25% rent DECREASE on an equivalent property this year. When the shadow inventories hit the market, I suspect rent will go down even more.
Good luck with those ‘anticipated’ double-digit rent increases and with renting in a nuclear fallout zone. Dumbass dipsht landlords are going to take a massive bath over the next five years.
